Epsom College Malaysia is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Physics Teacher to join its established Physics Department from January 2027.

  1. This is a full-time Physics teaching position at Epsom College Malaysia.
  2. The role is due to start in January 2027, at the beginning of Term 2.
  3. The closing date for applications is 1 December 2026.
  4. The successful candidate will join a Physics Department currently consisting of four teachers.
  5. The department is supported by two technicians and is well equipped for practical Physics.
  6. Teaching includes Key Stage 3 Science as well as specialist Physics.
  7. At IGCSE, students follow the Edexcel International GCSE Physics course.
  8. The successful candidate will also teach Physics through to Edexcel International A Level.
  9. The school is looking for someone with strong Physics subject knowledge who can inspire students across a wide range of ages and abilities.
  10. A degree in Physics is required, while a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
  11. Experience of teaching within a British curriculum or international school would be particularly useful.
  12. Teachers are expected to provide engaging and challenging lessons while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking and academic ambition.
  13. The role also involves monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback and helping students prepare effectively for external examinations.
  14. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the Science Department and contribute to teaching resources, departmental development and professional learning.
